When you get paid

Every payment goes through three stages on its way to your bank.

  1. First 7 days

    All kept

    Nothing paid out yet

For the first 7 days after a buyer pays, we keep the whole payment.

  2. Until your event

    Part kept

    The rest paid out

We hold back part of it, your reserve, in case the event is cancelled, and the rest can be paid to you. For a new organiser, the reserve starts as the whole payment.

  3. 3 days after your event

    All yours

    Everything paid out

Your event is over and the time for refunds has passed, so everything left is paid to you.

Paid every Friday

Whatever is yours goes to your bank account automatically every Friday, once it is at least RM50.

Your reserve is shown in your dashboard. We check each event before its money is paid out.

Questions

The full terms are in the Organisation Terms of Service.

Who pays the service fee?

You choose, event by event. Add it to the buyer's total and your ticket price is what you keep; or bear it yourself and the buyer pays exactly the price on the ticket. Either way the buyer sees the full amount before they pay; on their side it is called a processing fee, so it is not taken for a tax.

Why is there a minimum per ticket?

Every ticket costs something to issue and process, however small. So each ticket that costs anything is charged at least RM3: a RM10 ticket comes to RM3, while a RM100 ticket comes to 5%. A ticket that comes to nothing — free, or paid for in full by a promotion — is not charged.

What if buyers pay me by my own QR code or in cash?

The same rate applies. That money never passes through us, so the fee is taken from your balance instead — out of your online sales, or settled with us later.

Is the fee given back when I refund a buyer?

No. The service fee is not refunded, including where an event is cancelled — neither the buyer's share nor yours.

Do free events really cost nothing?

Yes. No fee on free tickets, no listing fee, and nothing monthly — you only pay when a ticket is sold for money.
