Sell tickets to your own event

Put your event up, share one link, and let people buy. We take the payment, send the tickets, and pay you out — you run the event.

What you get

  • A page for your event

Its own address to share, with your poster, dates, venue and ticket types. Shared anywhere, the link brings its own picture.

  • Tickets your way

Several types, bundles, limits per buyer, and sales that open and close when you say. Promo codes and automatic discounts too.

  • Your own questions

Add your own questions to any ticket — a shirt size, a dietary note, an IC for a members-only rate — and get the answers with the order.

  • Check-in at the door

Every ticket carries its own QR code. Scan them from any phone, and it keeps going on a weak signal.

  • Payments and payouts

Buyers pay online by FPX; we collect it and pay it to your bank account. Or take payment by your own QR code or in cash — the money goes straight to you, and the service fee still applies.

  • Sales and reports

Sales, attendance and what you are owed, on one page — with every order searchable when someone writes in.

Getting started

  1. 1

    Set up your organisation

Its name is your address on Tickgate. Add your logo, a few lines about you, and where else you can be found.

  2. 2

    Tell us who you are

Your identity and the bank account we pay out to. We check it before your first event goes live — it is what lets us hand money to the right people.

  3. 3

Put your event up and share it

Dates, venue, tickets, and anything you need to ask buyers. Publish it and the link is yours to send.

Nothing to pay until you sell

No monthly fee, no listing fee, and free events cost you nothing at all. On paid tickets we take one rate on what the buyer pays, with a small minimum per order, which you can pass on to them or bear yourself. Non-profits and student events pay less.
