All-Day Pass

One ticket covers the full competition day, from the first heat to the final presentation.

  • Audience ticket (Early Bird): RM135, admit one. Available until 30 September 2026.

  • Audience ticket (Regular): RM150, admit one. From 1 October 2026.

  • Coach pass — 1 complimentary pass per team. Coach passes do not grant access to the technical officials area.

  • Competitors — free admission for all registered athletes on the day of the event.

  • Food & drink are not provided.

Terms

  1. Tickets are non-refundable except when the event is cancelled by the organiser. If the event is rescheduled, original tickets remain valid.

  2. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for profit or used for commercial purposes.

  3. Audience ticket holders must present their ticket QR code at the competition venue to exchange it for a wristband. Admission to the hall is by wristband. Duplicate, copied, or altered tickets will be voided. One ticket admits one person.

  4. Coach Passes must be redeemed at the ticket counter.

  5. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.

  6. Attendees enter at their own risk. The organiser, venue, and associated parties are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence.

  7. All attendees must comply with venue rules, event safety instructions, staff directions, and any posted signage at Klana Grand Ballroom.

  8. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use by the organiser without compensation.

  9. Prohibited items (including weapons, illegal substances, and items restricted by the venue) and prohibited behaviour may result in ejection without refund.

  10. In the event of severe weather, security concerns, or force majeure, the organiser may alter, postpone, or cancel the event. Refunds or credits are at the organiser’s discretion.

  11. Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and the organiser’s collection and use of ticketing data to administer the event.

  12. These terms apply to audience tickets only and do not constitute competition entry.
